1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship orders within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • For pre-orders or backordered items, dispatch timelines will be mentioned on the product page.


3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery timelines may vary based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.


4. Shipping Partners

We work with Envia courier partners who provide reliable, secure, and trackable delivery services. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and delivery location.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time or for qualifying order amounts.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the link provided to track your order status in real-time.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

If delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you wish to ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.


10. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of natural disasters, courier strikes, lockdowns, or other disruptions, delivery timelines may be extended. We appreciate your patience during such events.


11. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly. However, you may also contact us for assistance in resolving the issue.
